Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location. Charges (if applicable) will be displayed at the time of order confirmation. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number via WhatsApp.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refused acceptance, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.
