ORAMIL Foods produces fresh, perishable food products in small batches. Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we have a specific return policy that we'd like our customers to understand.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer once the customer shares the details.

Replacement Process

Approved replacements will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. We will share tracking details via WhatsApp once shipped.

Allergies and Suitability

ORAMIL products contain nuts, seeds, and whole grains. We clearly list all ingredients on the pack and on our website. We cannot accept returns based on allergic reactions if the customer was made aware of the ingredients. Please check the ingredient list carefully before purchase.
