Refund & Return Policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026ORAMIL Foods produces fresh, perishable food products in small batches. Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we have a specific return policy that we'd like our customers to understand.
Returns Due to Damage or Quality Issues
We will offer a replacement or full refund if:
- The product arrives damaged or with broken / leaking packaging
- The product is past its best-before date upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a genuine quality issue (e.g., spoilage, foreign matter, off smell)
To claim a return, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 82487 79648) or email (oramilfoods@gmail.com)
- Share photos of the product, packaging, and batch details
- Do not consume the product if you suspect a quality issue
We will respond within 24 hours and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Cases
Due to food safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened (unless there is a quality issue)
- Products where the customer simply changed their mind
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
- Products purchased during special promotions marked as “non-returnable”
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer once the customer shares the details.
Replacement Process
Approved replacements will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. We will share tracking details via WhatsApp once shipped.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The Returns process will apply if needed after delivery.
Allergies and Suitability
ORAMIL products contain nuts, seeds, and whole grains. We clearly list all ingredients on the pack and on our website. We cannot accept returns based on allergic reactions if the customer was made aware of the ingredients. Please check the ingredient list carefully before purchase.
